Employee Membership

Overview

Each employee must have a membership to enable check-in.

Each employee can have different different membership plans. This grants employers the ability to manage their budget and token allocation.

Billing Cycle

Memberships are billed on a recurring cycle. If a membership has a monthly billing frequency then it will be billed for each month. As an employer, is is likely to have multiple invoices each month as unique memberships expire for your employees.

Invoice details are emailed to the employer's primary email on file but can also be viewed here.

Token Allocation and Expiration

Each membership includes an allocation of check-in tokens. These tokens are used when employees make reservations at partnered workspaces.

Important: Tokens do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Any unused tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle. Employers should plan their token usage accordingly to maximize the value of their employee's membership.
