Employer Billing
Overview
Each employee must have a billing plan association to enable check-in.
Each employee can have different different billing plans. This grants employers the ability to manage their budget and token allocation.
Billing Cycle
All billing plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Invoices are emailed to the primary email on file on the first day of each month and finalized shortly afterwards.
Future versions of Zentry Pass will offer more billing cycles.
Token Allocation and Expiration
Each billing plan includes a monthly allocation of check-in tokens. These tokens are used when employees make reservations or check-ins at partnered workspaces.
Important: Tokens do not roll over to the next billing period. Any unused tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not carried forward to subsequent periods. Employers should plan their token usage accordingly to maximize the value of their billing plans.
Prorated Billing
If an employee is added, their status changes, or their plan changes during a billing cycle, then the plan associated to that employee will be prorated accordingly.
For example, if an employee is deactivated in the middle of the month, then the total amount charged for that employee's plan will be 50% of the orignal plan cost for that billing cycle.
