This documentation goes over how to change an employee's billing plan

Changes Cancel Reservations

Whenever billing plans change for an employee, all of their existing reservations are cancelled.

Cancelling a Billing Plan

To stop being billed for an Employee, you can deactivate them. This will cause the current billing cycle to be prorated.

Restrictions

If an employee is inactive, then their billing plan cannot be modified. You will need to reactivate them to modify their billing plan.

Billing Plans Are Prorated

When modifying an Employee's billing plan, the current plan and the new plan are prorated.

note

Example: If you change billing plans in the middle of the billing cycle, then both plans will be prorated at a 50% rate.
